Ahmed has worked in the GCC and the Middle East in roles ranging from hands-on on-site implementation and deployment to Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, Consulting Sales Engineer and currently as Consulting SE - Zoom CX.
Ahmed has been, throughout his professional experience, in customer-facing roles talking to business and IT decision makers from all verticals, articulating the business values of various technology solutions, his deep set of skills has helped companies successfully expand their business in the region.
With the recent evolution of tech, Ahmed has added to his arsenal, expertise and certifications in multiple cloud vendors like AWS and GCP as well as learning to code (JavaScript, NodeJS & Flutter)
